Omotola serves as a Faculty and Post Graduate Lecturer at Rome Business School Nigeria, an International Business School in Nigeria, where she lectures Masters students studying for their International MBA, Executive MBA, and Masters in International Human Resources Management.
She is married with three children to Dayo Adedapo, a Product Management Leader. Outside of work, Omotola is a bundle of talent who loves to sing, dance and connect with people. She also enjoys time spent indoors, relaxing and bonding with her family.

Atinuke Josephine Adamolekun is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the People Relations Associate at Havenhill Synergy Limited, a pioneering renewable energy access company in Nigeria. With over five years of progressive experience in human resources, Atinuke plays a strategic role in shaping employee engagement, streamlining people processes, and driving a positive organizational culture aligned with business objectives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. Babawale Ayobami Otitoju is currently a Total Rewards specialist with over a decade of robust accounting expertise in Finance and Payroll. A distinguished professional, he holds certifications as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), alongside his Associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).
Complementing his accounting expertise, he holds a degree in Pure and Applied Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His deep understanding of taxation is further demonstrated by his previous service on the Direct Taxation faculty and current membership in the Indirect Tax faculty of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, alongside his role as a member of the Audit Committee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
A dedicated educator, he has a proven track record of mentoring aspiring accountants towards achieving their professional qualifications. Oluwatimilehin is a Licensed HR Professional who currently serves as HRIS Advisor and
